InactiveThe Fireplay flash client is great, but since the iphone doesnt support flash you cant use it on other iphones.
I want to be able to be able to connect an iphone to my firefly server and play the songs directly.
Anyone here have the knowhow to something in html or javascript. doesnt have to be fancy, just something that you can choose an artist then a song.
Thank you!
It’d be cool to have something developed with ajax so the interface is also slick

sadly, no. Using music you paid for the way you want to is stealing. Or something. I’m not sure I understand exactly, but I’m sure we’re being protected from ourselves.

ParticipantWow! There you go. 😯
Can’t believe I actually thought of getting one. Looking forward to a Nokia N810 though 😉

ParticipantThere’s some Pearl scripts from George Cook at http://www.soundscreen.com that could read a directory and provide a dynamic page with any quicktime files inside that directory. That’s not a genuine DAAPD solution, but it could be used to stream music and video to a iPhone with some changes.
