sadly, no. Using music you paid for the way you want to is stealing. Or something. I’m not sure I understand exactly, but I’m sure we’re being protected from ourselves.
There’s some Pearl scripts from George Cook at http://www.soundscreen.com that could read a directory and provide a dynamic page with any quicktime files inside that directory. That’s not a genuine DAAPD solution, but it could be used to stream music and video to a iPhone with some changes.
