Hi,
I have just updated my version to 1571.
Running on Suse 10, and all previous version has worked just fine.It does work to stream music to iTunes after I have started the server, but for some reason it crashes as soon as I tries to enter the admin interface.
I get the login request and the first status page, the it craches. Is this a known bug ?
I get the following in the log:

I’m running SuSE 10.1, and firefly 1571 is running as good as my previous one, firefly 1498.Just a small error in the log file regarding /usr/share/mt-daapd/admin-root//favicon.ico. No big deal.

It’s a 64 bit problem, I think.
16/05/2007 at 2:31 PM #10603TogassaParticipantIt could be a 64 bit problem as Ron replied.
But if it was a 10.2 system it could be avahi which could cause this problem.
As said, no problem with the admin page on my 32-bit system. Safari picks up the webpage via bonjour, and I can just log in as it should.
The only problem which I could find was with my XBOX.
When I had a playlist defined on the XBOX, paused it, and unpaused it after a while, it first continued with the same song, and then started another song. The log file reported a lot of client reset messages.
Fot this reason I went back to svn-1498, since I couldn’t see the benefits of using svn-1571.19/05/2007 at 2:23 AM #10604spartasParticipantIt seems other people are having this same issue. As reported, the web-admin crashing issue does seem to be a 64-bit issue. I’m having this issue as well. Here are my specs:
Specifics:
64-bit Ubuntu Dapper Server
Linux [HOSTNAME DELETED] 2.6.15-26-amd64-server #1 SMP Fri Sep 8 20:33:15 UTC 2006 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Aside from this minor issue, 1571 works well.
