    Hi.
I recently installed OpenMSS and Firefly according to the user guide here: http://wiki.fireflymediaserver.org/MSS_Installation

When I come to the point where I shall type # /opt/etc/init.d/S60mt-daapd I get the following error:

    # /opt/etc/init.d/S60mt-daapd
    pidof: not found
    BusyBox v1.00-pre2 (2006.02.01-23:21+0000) multi-call binary

    Usage: sleep N

    mt-daapd.conf: applet not found
    #

Does someone have suggestions to what I can do to fix this?

I think it’s possible that when you edited the startup script you didn’t put the changes all on one line. I’m thinking possibly you have a carriage return in there after the “-c” and before the “mt-daapd.conf”.

Try putting your point right on the start of “mt-daapd.conf” in that file (/opt/etc/init.d/s60mt-daapd), and deleting until you run into the -c. Then add a space back. Then save the file.
