Oddball firewall Notes: svn-1400

I don’t know if anyone has experimented with this but, I use a white-list style system for a firewall to help control content on my server. as such with either the latest build or a change in my firewall I managed to cause some interesting affects in Firefly server.

1. DAAP clients could connect but could not seek in songs and the last 20-40sec would cut out of all tracks.

2. When trying to access the web server hosted by Firefly I would get a 401 from it stating that the session was closed and I was an unauthorized user.

Obviously this was fixed by allowing the content threw the Firewall but just thought I would add a comment about it incase someone ells comes across a similar problem.
