No music libraries found

    Dear all,

    I have just bought the Roku (Pinnacle) Soundbridge M1001. The Soundbridge can play internet radio fine. However it says “No music libraries found”

    I am currently running

    1) WINDOWS
    Microsoft Windows XP Professional
    Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 1 Build 2600

    2) ITUNES
    iTunes 7.0.1.8

    3) FIREFLY
    Firefly Service 1.0 svn-1359 C:Program FilesFirefly Media Serverfirefly.exe
    FireflyShell 1.0 svn-1359 C:Program FilesFirefly Media ServerFireflyShell.exe
    RSP Output Plugin 1.0 svn-1359 C:Program FilesFirefly Media Serverpluginsrsp.dll
    FFMPEG Transcoder Plugin 1.0 svn-1359 C:Program FilesFirefly Media Serverpluginsssc-ffmpeg.dll

    4) Bonjour is also installed…..

    5) Firewall
    The Internet Connection Firewall is disabled…

    Can anybody help?

    DId you install bonjour from the apple site, or did it come from a previous install from some other product?

    Might be worth installing from the apple download site if not.

    Do you have two computers to test with?

    Hi…

    problem solved… it was due to the router not allowing the deviced to communicate between each other. Thanks.
