    Hi.

    Now that Firefly can serve movies, how do I create a smart playlist that will show them.

    Thanks

    The key piece is “has_video=1”. All the rest of the metadata info is the same.

    Thanks.

    I’m a bit thick. How do I apply that to the “playlist criteria”

    Ah. Sorry. It doesn’t show up on the wizardy thing — you’ll have to put it in the criteria manually, in the text box without using the wizard, or by editing it after getting close with the wizard.

    Somethine like:

    has_video=1 and artist = “Garbage”

    to get all those garbage videos you have. Or whatever.

    You could also scan for comment or grouping as well.

    I intend soon to add the newer metadata — metadata for tv episode, podcast, etc, so it will be easier to make playlists based on that.

    Also note that smart playlists appear to be broken in latest two nightlies.

    Error 500: Parse error: Offset 1: Expecting field name
