libFLAC.so.8 not found…

Thought I’d upgrade from svn-1489 to svn-1586 as it’s been awhile.

Starting the server with /opt/etc/init.d/S60mt-daapd generates an error that it can’t find libFLAC.so.8

Checked /opt/lib and it isn’t there – highest one I have is libFLAC.so.7

Tried updating mss-ld-so but this didn’t create the file either.

I ended up just creating a symlink to my copy of libFLAC.so.7 and everything seems to be working fine.

ipkg update; ipkg install libflac

should do it too.

my mistake, it’s not “libflac”, it’s “flac”.
