    Hi,
I have a problem every time i connect to mt-daapd with itunes,
itunes will ponder for a few seconds and then just stop.
in my log i have this kinda useless error :

    Sep 11 12:58:16 (none) daemon.notice mt-daapd[2194]: Preparing to listen on port 3689
    Sep 11 12:58:16 (none) daemon.notice mt-daapd[2194]: Starting server thread
    Sep 11 12:58:16 (none) daemon.notice mt-daapd[2194]: Registering rendezvous names
    Sep 11 12:58:16 (none) daemon.notice mt-daapd[2194]: Scanned 12537 songs in 44 seconds

    This one …

Sep 11 12:58:48 (none) daemon.notice mt-daapd[2205]: Thread 0: could not read: Invalid argument

    More verbose output :

    Finished serving DAAP response
    Entering config_set_status
    Exiting config_set_status
    Thread 0: Terminating
    Thread 0: Freeing request headers
    Thread 0: Freeing response headers
    Thread 0: Freeing request vars
Thread 0: could not read: Invalid argument
    Entering config_set_status
    Exiting config_set_status
    Thread 0: Terminating
    Thread 0: Freeing request headers
    Thread 0: Freeing response headers
    Thread 0: Freeing request vars
    Thread 0: Closing fd
With thread 0 exiting, 0 are still running

Hope someone inhere knows the meaning ๐Ÿ˜€
mt-daap has read/write access to both songs.gdb and the music folder

I think i found the problem, im useing v 0.23 wich is apperently incompatible with the latest itunes client, this raises another question.
Is there anyway to fix this without installing or compiling ?
i am currently on openslug v3.1 and crosscompiling is not my strong side ๐Ÿ˜€

oi, arent there ipkg’s for openslug ?

well, grab one of the nightly builds, they introduce tons of new features.
and even if you have to compile, use the nightly source. its pretty stable already.
