    I’ve got an NSLU2 running unSlung 6.8. Mt-daapd was working fine until I upgrades to version svn-1489.

    My NSLU2 is connected directly to a hub, as is my router and PC. I don’t run a personal firewall. The NSLU2 is behind the firewall and doesn’t run any firewall stuff.

    I’ve placed a sniffer on the hub and I can see packets being broadcast from the NSLU2…

    This is the UDP info.
    10.1.1.254.5353 -> 224.0.0.251.5353

    This is the packet data.

    Reinstall it and let it overwrite the config. Then edit the config to taste.

    Newest nightlies have to be told to load plugins, including the plugin for daap and rsp, so it won’t show up unless the config tells it where to load them from.

    At some point, I’ll fix the config to try and locate the plugins by brute force, but it won’t be for a bit.
