ParticipantFirefly is running on desktop but when I start soundbridge RokuM500 it keep coming with same message connection to server failed.
I don’t think it can be router (wireless) nor problem with SB as Firefly does run from my laptop perfectly.
I have uninstalled and re-installed Firefly several times. No luck.
Serving xml-rpc method comes up on diagnostics (if that means anything )
I am a bit of a novice so any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

And you tried unplugging your soundbridge and plugging it back in?
What version are you using now?

ParticipantHi, yes tried unplugging – re-booting – set up from scratch etc everything
version I run now is 3.0.27Also reset in safe mode version 2.7 – still no luck
Just think as laptop is running it all ok, it can only be something on desktop stopping it, even though I disabled Norton and firewall.
thanks

Can you access the web interface remotely? Like with “http://desktop:9999” substituting the ip address for “desktop”?
