Can’t access files on external HD

Trying to set Firefly to serve my mp3 library on my external My Book HD to my Roku 500. Keep getting 0 files scanned. Tried scanning files on my C drive, found them no problem. What am I missing here?

Not sure. You can try kicking up the debug log to 9 and seeing what that says. Also, it might be worthwhile to change the user account firefly runs as to your user account, as it may be permissions related.
