Hi,
I’m running 1376 on UNSLUNG 6.8.
Every now and then the connection to my Soundbridge (Pinnacle M1001) gets lost.

I’ll tell you what I see on this end… when it first prepares to send the file, it says:
Length of file (remaining) is 9597760
That should be the file size of “04 – Ray LaMontagne – Narrow Escape.mp3”.
Then it later says:
Finished streaming file to remote: 7700480 bytes
That means the socket was closed before it finished streaming. All this looks okay from the firefly side. It looks like either the connection was lost, or broken (skipping to next file, etc) on the client side.
Looks good from here.

Yep that’s my conclusion too. The question is why the connection was lost?
Is it a Soundbridge problem?
Soundbridge has lost it’s connection to FireFly. I have to reboot the Soundbridge to get a connection again.Yes, that’s exactly my problem. I’m going to post on the Roku forum, but I’m formulating my post before I put it on there. Feel free to post on there ahead of me, I’ll tag along afterwards.

In any event (to me, at least) this looks like a soundbridge thing. I know the RSP code on the soundbridge is much newer than the daap and upnp code, so it may be that error handling and that sort of thing aren’t yet as robust as they are for other protocols.
