RendezvousProxy is java. I have been using it for a while. It works reasonably and saves the settings once you set it up.
You need to google for iLeech and RendezvousProxy to find the download link. I think the link is also somewhere in my posts.
Here is one ssh service I manually added and which I havent really tried out yet I have to admin. But a java mdns browser on a windows machine could see this so apparently it does work. Should be easy to adapt for rsp.
