It could be a 64 bit problem as Ron replied.
But if it was a 10.2 system it could be avahi which could cause this problem.
As said, no problem with the admin page on my 32-bit system. Safari picks up the webpage via bonjour, and I can just log in as it should.
The only problem which I could find was with my XBOX.
When I had a playlist defined on the XBOX, paused it, and unpaused it after a while, it first continued with the same song, and then started another song. The log file reported a lot of client reset messages.
Fot this reason I went back to svn-1498, since I couldn’t see the benefits of using svn-1571.
