I haven’t looked at this for a while, been busy IRL, but i can certainly take a look at any problems people have reported and can give me reproducable steps for…

btw. the web administration page works fine here when i am connected to my WHS console and via RDP

Also, i am now in a position to look at creating a WiX based installer for the whole product (i.e. the actuall Firefly Media Server software and the WHS add-in) however, i’m not sure how the dependancey on Bonjour is gonig to work 🙁

btw, the main reason for no settings tab being displayed is an exception occuring in the WHS add-in whilst it is trying to locate the main Firefly server and config file.

Currently these are assumed to always be in

    C:Program FilesFirefly Media Server

if your’s are not here then the WHS add-in is currently not going to work for you, i’ll work on this 🙂

    Nic,
    I’ve figured out what happened:
Between installing the software and my ‘error’, WHS downloaded and installed IE7 and it’s updates.
I assume this is what caused it, as when I uninstalled Firefly and then re-installing, everything worked fine.

Many thanks for all your work,

    Colin
