Volume normalisation on transcoding

Hi all,

So Ron’s gone and we’re looking for a new developer to improve firefly? Interesting. I guess I should start by finding out what language it’s written in.

I had made a note from ages ago that firefly apparently can do volume normalisation when transcoding to wav, so that different tunes play at the same volume. Is this correct, or did I imagine it? If it is true, how do I configure it? At the moment my tunes are playing at very different volumes.
