This might be helpful (link below). Of course, it’s unclear whether inclusion of this patch will solve the 1.2.1 transcoding problem, but the detectives have a suspect.

Solves a metadata problem.
I’ve was unable to download the first Coulson patch (not that I would know what to do with it) at ffmeg.org; Python error messages fill the screen instead of a file download. Seems to be common problem there judging from some other messages. Hopefully you’ll have more success.
