Stopping and starting the server

    Please can the system tray app have a stop server and start server option on the context menu.

    Also please can the web page stop/start have a restart option so we can reboot the server remotely!

    The context menu stuff is easy enough, but reboot from the web page won’t happen anytime soon. I want it to, but it’s hard to do cross-platform.
