    You can try to use Banshee w/ the DAAP plugin, iirc that doesn’t have the bug?! 🙄

    That’s do-able. I had just been using Rhythmbox because it was there and had a somewhat familiar interface. I’ll give Banshee a try.

    After installing Banshee and the streaming plugin for it, I’m able to browse my Firefly share, as well as see the smart playlists that I’d created on there. As far as I can tell it’s working just as well as the iTunes installations on my Windows and Mac machines.
