rescan not working like i like it too !!

running svn-1376 linux

I set my rescan to 72000 sec’s

and have 2 paths added..

/MEDIA/mp3
/MEDIA/mp3-2

2 difrent disk running well, but it dosent scan new dirs with rescan only on fullscan.

Should. The thing to do is to set a log file int he config (or via the web page), and turn the debuglevel up to at least 5. (9 might be better). Take a look at the log, and you’ll see where it traverses through all the paths and finds all the files. Find where it tries to traverse into the new folder, and see what error messages are thrown.

Another thing might be to check that “always_scan” is set to 1, not 0. That would do it, too.
