Problems with IE 8 and blank configuration page

Hi all,

I am new to Firefly, and have recently set it up on my ubuntu media server. Despite some ups and downs, it is now working perfectly streaming to my iTunes clients, so thanks to everyone involved in it’s development.

The only issue / bug that I am now experiencing is that I have a blank configuration page (http://media-server:3689/config.html) when using Internet Explorer 8. I happened to be using the Ubuntu desktop, which runs Firefox, and I noticed the config page displays correctly. I installed Firefox on my vista machine, that was running IE 8, and I now have a fully functioning configuration page.

I have attached an image demonstrating the symptom.

This is not a huge issue, but does anyone have a suggestion why this might be so?
