New web site

As I’ve mentioned before here, I’ve gotten a different web host and have switched to postnuke as a cms.

I think everything is mostly in place:

I would appreciate if everyone would take a look and kick the tires a bit. Let me know what you think. It’s got a wiki — a somewhat weak one, based on an old version of phpwiki, but I’ve recently been pointed at dokuwiki, a mediawiki fork. It looks pretty darn nice. I might integrate that into the cms rather than continuing to use phpwiki.

Anyway, please take a look and tell me what you think.

P.S. Clearly the theme is wanting, graphically. Anybody willing to help?

The new site looks good. A couple of questions…

Are you planning to migrate the content from this site to the new incarnation?
(Is that even possible given the infrastructure?)

Once it becomes more populated, are you going to close this site in deference to the postNuke version or will some aspect of this version continue to exist?
(I suppose the answer to this lies in your response to the first. 😉 )

I had planned to close this completely in favor of the http://www.mt-daapd.org one. I was going to put a “we’ve moved” sign here and point it at the other.

As far as migrating content… I’d like to do that, but I don’t know how hard it would be to import this data into phpBB.

Might be worth at least a cursory look, though.
