FireFlyShellNotifyIconHidden: This program is not responding

My PC running XP Pro sometimes refuses to shut down, giving the reason shown above. Any way to prevent this, or at least proceed to shutdown regardless ??

Haven’t seen this. Does anything show up in the logs when it happens?

ffireflyerr.txt on my Desktop is empty.

firefly.log only has information about the most recent startup. Any way to retain information about previous activities here ? :
