    im using mt-daapd 0.2.4 .. its good….. but the number of connected users is always 1 and is not updated until i refresh both the client and server at same time … when refreshed at a time it shows 2 connected users and again after 5 seconds it shows 1 connected user.. how should i fix it.. 😕

    0.2.4 is horribly outdated.
    An update to one of the nightlies (probably svn-1400) is recommended.
    svn-1400 is also very stable and has few known bugs.

    Amongst many others, it fixes the issue you described.
