cvs-20041230 dont show up on itunes 4.7.0.42

I compil cvs-20041230 on mandrake 9.2 with zlib > 1.2
server startup and web works perfectly.
but doesn’t sho up on itunes version 4.7.0.42 on XP

any idea.

Is it specific to 20041230, or is it any version?

And is the client a Mac or PC?

If Mac, what version 10.3.7? And when did you update to 10.3.7?

It looks like I’m seeing problems with 10.3.7, when it doesn’t show up in iTunes, but then you close iTunes and re-open it and it shows up.

I’m not sure what that’s about.

it is specific with 20041230 and
the clients are PC running XP or 2000

will try the mac tonigth.

Update,

Mt-daapd show up on 3 of my for machine now.
but cannot see it in my last machine (XP , itunes 4.7.042)
for some obscur reason.

i reboot this machine and still nothing

will try reinstall itunes

will let you know.

xp sp2 firewall maybe?

Na it is the first things i check and the firewal is totally disable.
re-install didn’t do anything.

probably an itunes Prob , will continue investigate.
