Check the web interface in advanced, and use this:

http://wiki.fireflymediaserver.org/Config_File

for reference on what each option is. At some point help stuff will get moved in the web interface where it belongs, but until then, that web page has at least some sketchy info on it.

You may want to look at rescan_interval as well.
