Ignore the previous post: I haven’t been able to reproduce this behaviour. Now also test1 yields result B, so that’s OK.
But, on with my quest:
* when windows firewall is ENABLED, it takes 20 sec. before XBMC tells me “can not connect to server
* when windwos firewall is DISABLED, XBMC immediately tells me “can not connect to server”
The entries in the XBMC log look the same, besides the timing difference.
