Two things I’ve noticed so far, one, the mt-daapd.playlist dosen’t seem to be read during runtime, but the playlists created from the web brower work quite well.
Indeed, the .playlist file isnt being browsed anymore, and the playlists that are created from the web interface are stored in the database.
Sorry, no clue about XBMC.
