    Hello,

    I am a fairly inexperienced user. My Firefly just always WORKED. Now, I’ve upgraded my iMac to OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard), and it doesn’t work anymore. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but now every time I click on Firefly in the “Preferences” screen, it aborts. Can anyone help, please? Thanks in advance.
