    Hello,
    Can firefly be used as a media server for other devices (other then Roku) ?

    Hi Anton,

    of course every devices which can handle daap-protocol (apple bonjour) is a possible client for firefly.

    Which isn’t a lot, really… there are some linux clients (rhythmbox, banshee, amarok), and some java clients (GetItTogether, MyTunes) and of course iTunes.

    More general purpose media serving is usually done with UPnP, which firefly doesn’t (currently) support.
