No problems with space and I am using sqlite3. Just managed to recover this time by a full scan.
Couple of things that may be an issue.
1. There is an lone m4v file (Lost episode) in the library that doesn’t appear in any playlist.
2. I am running big backups at the mo. Maybe its a file access issue?
