I’ve just installed the latest nightly, and all was going well. I moved over the tracks I’ve ripped so far (620), and used the new Playlists feature in the web interface (nice 🙂 ).
Then, I ran up iTunes – all the playlists disappear, and the Status tab hangs on the web interface…..
If I restart mt-daapd, then it’s all ok again…..

Yeah, it doens’t like one of the playlists. I’m not sure how it could have added it if it didn’t parse.
Try using the web interface to get rid of the playlist it doens’t understand, and it should work okay.
Meanwhile, I’ll try and make an “invalid playlist” a warning rather than a fatal error. oops.

Yep, you were right (again 😉 ) – it was the last playlist I’d added. Removed and it’s happy again.
